My favourite author is Paullina Simons, the most amazingly talented writer of many books including The Bronze Horseman. If you want to get lost in an amazing book, I really recommend this one, and its sequel The Bridge to Holy Cross. I am sad to learn, in Paullina’s blog, of her grandmother’s death, who was a major inspiration behind The Bronze Horseman series.
